Dr. Zehra Gerretsen

Dr. Zehra received her Bachelor in health sciences (pre-med) from Brock University and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Treating primarily perinatal and neonatal patients, Dr. Zehra is belly and baby obsessed and spends most of her down time continuing her education in the birth field, occasionally attending births to provide house calls and birth doula support. She strives to empower her pregnant patients to functionally train for birth as it is one of the most significant athletic events in life. Dr. Zehra also focuses on interprofessional collaboration, often co-management with her favourite RMTs, pelvic floor PTs, midwives, maternity doctors, counsellor, lactation consultants, la leche league leaders, and of course Ridge Meadows Doula Services.

Dr. Zehra also served as the Lower Mainland Director (5 years) and Chair (2.5 years) of the British Columbia Chiropractic Association board of directors, enthusiastically supporting the advancement of the profession in the province.
